How to edit css if you enabled "merge and compress CSS files"?

Hello! Included in the Drupal function "merge and compress CSS files" in order to get rid of lines of the form " url("http://сайт.com/modules/system/system.menus.css?n1730u");" in the html, now css is compressed to file "http://сайт.com/sites/default/files/css/css_ghM0pa..." that's it now you need to make a change? Just if I reset the cache, all changes in ideas will be lost?

make changes to css files of your theme, and then reset the cache.
I should add that for convenience (when working with firebug, for example) is better to temporarily disable compression for css editing. - Keara_Ferry4 commented on September 19th 19 at 00:25

To make changes need to the original CSS theme file, then clear the cache (enough to cache CSS and JavaScript). And you will be happy :)

Just not comfortable, not see through firebug what line is the style in the original file shows the line from the compressed file)
For this, in principle, to edit is to turn off compression. - Keara_Ferry4 commented on September 19th 19 at 00:29
