How to make hotspot wifi greeting on debian?

Good afternoon.
In the Internet found about 10 solutions to this question, but all of them either with authorization or entry of data, or as difficult, unclear, crooked, that is not even considered.
Used hostapd to set up wi-fi as access point, just set DHCP, nginx, iptables.
dnsmasq does not offer.
You just need to connect, if you enter any address redirect website page which is with nginx, and then click OK and continue working online.

The point is simple we need a rule of Fairvale wrapping all requests to port 80 users to a local page and the page itself with a button which is redirect to the original website + adding the IP of the current user in a table, which is not redirected. Total need faervol, a database list of users who do not wrap, and the page with the button, but if you have not mastered the simple the man'ula with ready-made solutions and couldn't even Google CaptivePortal I'm afraid this answer will not help you. Here is a simple implementation

Thanks for Council, but this manual I found. I'm most interested in this option the only thing I don't understand is item 2 in the beginning - a set of rules for firewall. How does that translate into commands for inserting himself in iptables.
