Put VirtualBox in it put Ubuntu. There is no problem working with Pete. Will be much easier than trying to do it all in Windows. And the experience o UNIX systems will not be superfluous.

On Windows with Python it's very simple.
The main rule, put a python in a folder without spaces in path. Sometimes in some revised virtualenv caught bugs, which because of this mess.
Everything else works fine, including pip
