Photoshop: how to get the live shape properties?

Created a vector shape in Photoshop. Now it needs to change, but I can't open the properties of the figure (only the mask). Here's a video with exactly the same problem, look please.

How to solve the problem? This video did not help me. Read on foreign forums about this problem but solution not came across.73b78fcd90b34401a5c80f6a5f38bed0.png

Except in the upper toolbar you do not appear the properties of the control figure, when choosing the appropriate tool ?
As far as I understand, the settings from above are applied mainly to new figures. And round corners, for example, do not work. - shanny.Weber commented on September 19th 19 at 00:35
Initially I made a square. Then turned it using ctrl+T. Maybe that's not working the properties of shapes? This operation turns the photoshop shape to a path (as stated in the dialogue. window). But how then to turn the figure without this transformation? - shanny.Weber commented on September 19th 19 at 00:38
