After the publication of mvc application on Azure, one method is no longer available?

There's an app ASP.NET after deploy MVC one of the methods which were called javascript is no longer available.
 public ActionResult Tiket(seanceId int, IEnumerable<long> ids)</long>

the query script

var request = new XMLHttpRequest();'POST', '@Url.Action("Tiket")', true);
 request.setRequestHeader('Content-Type', 'application/json; charset=UTF-8');
 request.onreadystatechange = callback;
 request.send(JSON.stringify({ seanceId: '192', ids: array }));

on the server the data goes like this

 ids: ['747', '757', '767']

here is the exception description: 502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server

Forgot to add that all of this code locally it works without problems
