How to fix the error when building the source code?

When you try to assemble the source code using LibreOffice utility Cygwin, I encountered a strange error I can't solve it. When building I get the following error popping up:

checking for sqlext.h... no
configure: error: odbc not found. install odbc
Error running configure at ./ line 266.

I understand that it is not enough prog ODBC. And so using the Cygwin installer (it is possible through a search engine to find it) download, install. Still asks to install. All programs required to build installed I'm sure, but that's why such strange error popping up, I don't understand. If anyone knows what to do tell me. Thanks in advance!

Download the installer and calm down. If you have the bare Cygwin (which is just bash neutered), then you would be month to collect, asking about each lib. And there 100500.
Also tried. Put mysql connector/odbc is still not accepted. I know that cygwin is a headache, but no other way. - Keon_Kozey commented on September 19th 19 at 12:17
I think they meant "download the LibreOffice installer". It is available here: - Curtis.Prohas commented on September 19th 19 at 12:20
: So I don't need the installer once finished. I want to compile the source code and create the installer with my changes. - Keon_Kozey commented on September 19th 19 at 12:23
: either that or nothing, most likely. In opensorse very popobol to the Assembly on its side. - nikki.Braun41 commented on September 19th 19 at 12:26
: I following the instructions and did everything. But as it turned out, this statement is not complete and the last step is not described, and only bug fixes even more so. - Keon_Kozey commented on September 19th 19 at 12:29
