Unusual problem with input devices?

I recently got a Lenovo G575 laptop and I noticed a strange feature - when you turn on the laptop, keyboard, touchpad no longer respond to anything. And this happens not immediately, but after a random time. Sometimes you can work 40 minutes without problems, sometimes the device is disabled immediately when the system boots.

I tried to err on the operating system(well, you never know). Replaced Windows 7 to Windows 10. The problem still remained.
