Mechanical keyboard for a programmer?

Good day!
Be so dappy, advise keyboard on the following parameters:

  1. Buttons: Cherry MX Clear, Cherry MX Brown or Cherry MX Blue. Can counterparts.
  2. Wired.
  3. Great Enter.
  4. Properly placed dual Control, and Shift.
  5. Normal lock-key.
  6. Function keys.
  7. Digital and block "Delete-block" (XS, how to call him).
  8. The hand rest.
  9. Russification or complete absence of inscriptions.
  10. Backlight undesirable.
  11. Ergonomics a La the MS will be a plus, but not required.
