What switch to buy?

Has server, there is tsiskari (model I do not know) 24-port, and about 4 switches of different vendors (tp-link.d-link, asus, mikrotik).
I would like this to eliminate the mess, and take a thread of the switch ports 24.
Who can advise, so it was cheap but reliable .
The functionality of the switch needed is minimal - only switching.

VLan'you don't need? Speed 100 or 1000?
On the 4 rack D-Link and died. HP 48х100 + 2х1000 managed, unmanaged 24х1000, the Cisk 24х1000 UPR. work without any issues.
VLan'you don't need. the switch is needed for commutation equipment in the shop.
