How to deploy Flask on VDS?

Good day!
Ordered a VDS from FirstVDS at the very deshevogo tariff (without panel, only SSH).

With the VDS work the first time, and in principle with Linux - beginner. Shoveled the Internet, can't find good manual on how to deploy Flask using SSH in stages. Tell me what to do.

In this case, no matter the project at flask or something else. Start with learning the basic Linux commands.

I agree linux need to know. And what sources are best to learn for beginners? I have Ubuntu 14.04
