How to apply CSS3 filters for IE?

Good day! The question arose with cross-browser compatibility of the website, namely with the use of css filters in IE. The question is how property-webkit-filter: brightness(120%) sepia(35%) contrast(85%) to adapt it to IE, because in photoshop all filtrite not an option.

P. S. the prefix -ms - result does not. Version IE 11. Thanks for the reply!

CSS filters are not supported, but starting with IE10 , you can use filters only in SVG.
