How to change the value in the address bar?

There is a website address www.site.com
The physical address to the root folder of your site on the server /var/www/site
There are three sub-folders one, two, and three. (/var/www/site/one/two/three)
In the folder three lies index.php
How do I make a RewriteRule to appeal to www.site.com/one
open file at /var/www/site/one/two/three/index.php
The value in the address bar remained www.site.com/one

RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule ^one/?$ /one/two/three/index.php [QSA,L]

obviously
I do not know how to debug but this version I wrote and it doesn't work - Karli.Gorczany commented on September 19th 19 at 12:59
: so reframe the question, write what exactly doesn't work, what files are where, what error throws. what I wrote should work. - Jaqueline.Parisian commented on September 19th 19 at 13:02
