How to locate the center text with "text-align: left" and a fixed width with empty space to the right?

Hello!
Here is a screenshot explaining the problem:

Is there any universal option to center the text left-aligned, so that when the centering was not considered void to the right of the text? I hope explained clear.

Update. Thank you all for the help!
The answer, unfortunately, is not given. Once again outline the situation:
codepen.io/anon/pen/ZYRrbJ - that's what happens when you text with a fixed width is moved to the second line
codepen.io/anon/pen/GgGQZK I have (the text should be centered without the use of padding/margin)

Important clarification: the text has a fixed width! Ie option with display: inline-block and line break will not work.

Unfortunately, it is not clear.
margin-left is not good?

Use inline-block, for example:
codepen.io/standys/pen/ByVQmL?editors=110

if understand correctly, you can remove the width of the block with the text: jsfiddle
