How to force QMediaPlayer from Qt to play webm files with vp8 and vorbis codecs without installing the latest in system (if there are none)?
Is it possible to rebuild/reconfigure/update the QMediaPlayer plugin for the job?

Use qtav comes out (without the codec the video plays, but with low fps).

With vlc-qt I'm not clear with the license, can I use it in a commercial product?

You need plugins for vorbis and VP8, how to collect them - don't know, maybe you can find ready-made binaries. Generally to you here: gstreamer.freedesktop.org - Wilhel commented on September 26th 19 at 06:14
collected the vorbis and VP8 codecs I have (the dll), but they need to set the system to work, I need to run from a cd without any Windows on install request. - myriam_Conroy commented on September 26th 19 at 06:17
