How to fix the column in the center regardless of scrollbar?

Good afternoon.

There are two containers:
<header class="topPage" style="width:100%;height:50px;position:fixed;top:0;left:0;">
 <div class="wrap" style="margin:0 auto;width:860px;">
</div>
</header>

<section class="centerPage" style="width:100%;position:relative;padding-top:50px; display:inline-block">
 <div class="wrap" style="margin:0 auto;width:860px;">
</div>
</section>

How to fix everything in exactly in the center that would appear when scrolling the page - it does not jump to the left? For example as done on the website Vkontakte.ru.

They if there are/no scroll page on the center for real estate. Can anyone help? Maybe someone knows it can be implemented.

Thanks in advance.

body { overflow: scroll;}
Will not go. It is necessary that the scroll was not visible when it is not. - chaya_Kassulke commented on September 26th 19 at 06:47
VKontakte script rigidly affixed the width of the container, i.e. the wrapper. - Brain.MacGyver commented on September 26th 19 at 06:50
In order to understand this, you just need to open FireBug... - Brain.MacGyver commented on September 26th 19 at 06:53
