As Kalinkovichi library in Visual Studio?

You need to use the openssl library in my project (C language) , Google everywhere gives examples of usage with
for example #include < openssl/sha256.h >

Downloaded with openssl library, but how to make it attach to the project do not understand.

Solution
Right click on the project menu, properties. There you are interested in two parameters.
1. C/C++ → "General" in the right list of properties is needed first: "Additional include directories" (Additional Include Directories). Specify the path to the folder containing the files *.h from your library. Usually this folder is include.
2. The linker (Linker) → "General" in the right list "Additional library directories" (Additional Library Directories). Specify the path to the folder containing the files *.lib from your library. This is usually the Lib folder.
You can then add #include and use the functions from the library.
