How to smooth the transition?

practiced in deeper using css3 and here faced a problem on the website phone number (which changes position with the transition) skrollitsya with specific lag, which is very disgusting looks... Maybe I messed up, can the css om is not so smooth to do and only js (that it would not be desirable). In General, anyone have any opinions about such a surprise.

Solution
Creepy, to smooth the campaign will have to use js. Or try using transform: translate(x,y);
now I will try - Herta.Heaney commented on September 26th 19 at 07:05
smoothly, but it's a shame...) maybe there is an alternative? - Herta.Heaney commented on September 26th 19 at 07:08
for smoothness - no.
Top can be calculated via js. For maximum smoothness use that is habrahabr.ru/post/114358/, and most likely will have to disable the transition, because there will be calculated for every pixel. But it all depends on your implementation - Sheila.Christiansen62 commented on September 26th 19 at 07:11
did not notice that at the beginning of the animation it slows down - Herta.Heaney commented on September 26th 19 at 07:14
not anything at all - Herta.Heaney commented on September 26th 19 at 07:17
js used because css can not be so quick to redraw the graphics so much - Herta.Heaney commented on September 26th 19 at 07:20

www.w3schools.com/CSSref/css3_pr_transition-timing...
ease-in-out

but js crossbrowser, though a bit slower.
Something I do not understand, You propose to effect change? - Herta.Heaney commented on September 26th 19 at 07:07
