Somewhere I read on the Internet that you need to add the import _mssql
After you add the get this:
C:\Python26\python.exe C:/Users/AVDudin/PycharmProjects/logP/logP.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
 File "C:/Users/AVDudin/PycharmProjects/logP/logP.py", line 8, in <module>
 import _mssql
ImportError: DLL load failed:    .</module>

Solution
pymssql-1.0.3.win32-py2.6.exe - this works, but with version 2.1 there is a bug

File "C:\Python26\Lib\site-packages\sqlalchemy\dialects\mssql\pymssql.py", line 48, in dbapi
module = __import__('pymssql')
File "_mssql.pxd", line 10, in init pymssql (pymssql.c:10798)
ImportError: DLL load failed:    . - Breanna.Hodkiewi commented on September 26th 19 at 07:05
