How to save the data in the source file, local database, and not creating the app?

Use local database, which when you start the program(if you have access to a server) is synchronized with the Central database. The user works with a local database, unaware that all information is automatically synchronized. And I can not get it working. The data is stored, and then displayed. Sync I'm still not engaged, but as they say, the song is not about that. I was in disbelief when the program was running fine without a glitch and all is well displayed but when I opened source file, local database, there was nothing new. Found that the problem is that in DB properties marked with "copy if newer", as a result it creates another file in the source folder of the program and everything is stored in it. But how can I do that would preserve the changes in the source??? Use the SQL database. Thanks in advance
