Is it possible to know unique ID of the browser in Chrome Extensions?

Want to make a voting system for users of the Chrome extension. Other people that don't use the extension service is not required. Question - is it possible to define a unique user on the browser (or hardware) to avoid markups, is there such a possibility in the api extensions?

Solution
As far as I know - a direct way to determine the uniqueness of the user no.
You can try to conclude on the basis of OS user, etc. (https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/runtime#me...
But it's all hacks.
The most adequate option is to use Google Analytics.
You can also use OAuth or OpenID.

If you can pull data from the system, the question is just silly.
the question is whether the extension of these data these data and, if so, how? - caesar_Wolf commented on September 26th 19 at 07:32
