what will be possible to raise a transparent bridge, having access to a global network via PPPoE, which will receive from the provider let's say 20 public ip addresses that you want to give different clients and different ports?
Any PPPoE client, only if the addresses will be given without tunnels, all addresses must be marshrutizatory to your public address, given to you for PPPoE.

1) transparent bridge has nothing to do with pppoe
2) your router will get 1 address on pppoe, and then, if the dough provider normally give, it will raise a separate dhcp server, and you are on your router set the dhcp relay.
If you need what I wrote above, it runs on any normal router cost from 2тр or computer with Linux.
Usually, if the customer need 4+ of the addresses, the provider mersrutiyet you network the right size with static routing without pppoe
