Base films for parsing?

For a small home project in Python it took updated database of movies, including: movie title, genre, description, release date. Of course the first thing comes to mind is IMDB, but this English-language resource. Russian-language database with an open API as I understand it is not observed, need to parse. IMDb, as I understand from Google, parse is not an option, because actively are struggling with this. Somebody was doing something there as a candidate?

why not an option to parse IMDb?
well, fighting well even in the sandbox continue fighting, what's stopping you to parse that ?
when I tried to parse, they have enough protection, narsil very many movies, then scored, permanently ban. Just figure out how to get around, and they again. With such a large database of movies need to have a lot of patience to put the entire database. But if the task is to merge the info about the top ten movies that won't be a problem, for example if it's for the XBMC used. - Will.Rempel commented on September 26th 19 at 11:38

Nothing prevents you to use Scrapy. You don't even interfere with European laws on the subject.

The same problem but I already solved it.
So write as decided - Will.Rempel commented on September 26th 19 at 11:42
