Download of unknown files when you visit certain pages of the website. How to solve the problem?

A customer complains that one of his staff when you visit some sections of the site (an item card, where the employee was not in the browser) to the Downloads folder on the computer is stored strange files with names like "GEhmj9HbUws". And, without a prompt to save! O_o Almost all the files have a size of 5kb. Inside the gibberish.

- Mac
- Safari 7.0.5
- The site runs ajax, jquery, lots of JavaScript

No one except the employee, to reproduce the problem can not.
