In CSS to specify multiple pseudoclasses in the style definition?

Hello!
Sorry for a bit noob question, but wondered whether CSS is the ability to determine, for example, this thing correctly?
li > div:first-child:hover {
 color: white;
 background-color: blue;
}

In other words, to the first div inside the li, was highlighted when you hover over it (div) mice.
If Yes, then how to do it?
