Don't really understand what's openvpn.
You want to configure Apache so that it at what location acted as a front by redirecting the request through a vpn somewhere inside?
Yes, you can.
But it is better to use nginx, it is less resources for a connection eating.
I explained badly. I've got a mini server for home security camera on the Raspberry PI. I want to put to the country via the usb-whistle. And the operators don't allow this to be done. Solves the problem of OpenVpn, but I want to make below the OpenVpn client-the client is not set up on each device. and take the go to home server, click a reference and get on the server give. - Clay_Gibson36 commented on September 26th 19 at 11:56

hmm, "a picture about a trolley bus and a loaf of bread"
why all THIS?
You have a server with apache? let it be a server, we need VPN? go, but why let the outside inward?
make a single web server with all services, the second to connect to the VPN and remove apache from the inside to go on the main, from outside to go there. profit.
