How to mark slow sector?

There are the disk (s) that I use for old files and unnecessary things

Over time, the drive began to crumble, namely response time(in the picture) became unacceptably increased, reaching seconds.
Is there a utility, preferably free, which will test all sectors and make a mark in the "slow" (with latency>500ms) as failed. Standard applications do not help.

Upd. I would like to avoid: it's time to buy a new hard.
Upd2. The firmware specified in the question I have does not.
Upd3 Than done HDD REMAP (except Victoria)? all that are listed there I have seen and also does not suit me

Look at MHDD:

But if the disk began to appear sector with a delay of 500ms we need to think about replacing the drive.

It has long been engaged in the firmware of hard drive. You do not need any programs. Spend ScanDisk full, that's enough. And time to buy a new hard.
If you do not help, why should be what is new to help?

it already is without you. Just appear each time a new sector bad sectors. - Darrin_Tow commented on September 26th 19 at 12:14
due to a new condition - the firmware does not. - Angus.Kris commented on September 26th 19 at 12:17
