Why flies authorization in IIS every 20-30 minutes?

IIS is installed on a personal computer with Windows Home Basic. Management server not.

Judging by Google, the problem is likely with automatic restart of various services. What can I do? Where to dig?

As far as I remember, the default settings for the pool is a 20-minute idle time-out after which the pool is extinguished (if no queries). If authentication non-persistent, when you reboot the pool it will fly.
In the processModel for the application pool prescribed idleTime-out = 00:00:00, so do not restart your computer. On a leased server this works, on a home computer that's the story. - israel_Prosacco commented on October 3rd 19 at 01:25
