How to deplot console application on the server Amazon?

On Windows server Amazon I run some console application (.NET).
Of course, there is a task to reinstall that program. Now I'm just on the developer's machine is filled a new version in the dropbox folder, I go by the handles on the server (Remote Desktop), stop the program, rewrite of daddy dropbox new version and run.
I want to find an automatic way (without entering to the server).
Advise done (or possible) ways of solving this problem.

Thank you

The service is not popular. In order to get the answer you need specialists to tighten, and they are not interested. There is no incentive. And until you get the "good soul" ... will take a long time.

Windows servers of course was not the case, but I think you can try the same thing on unix. For example depsoit using rsync, or to lift on the FTP server. And stop and update the program I would do it in a script, for example every 5 minutes to check if the folder has a new file, then stop the program and replace the executable with a new version.
