https://jquery.org/donate/ - I suspect that only this + enthusiasm. Again, the enthusiasm of nowhere - library use. For example, if I'm in the library I use, I want some kind of feature/found a bug, I report it in the tracker. If I fixed or added feature - I do not mind to put it in a pull request.
