It's not a clock, and the tick showing that the question has a solution :)
To the right of your nick there is a icon, by clicking which I can select the answer as "Solution". If you pay attention, this icon is a tick thicker than a minimum pixel relative to the rim. Therefore easy to read. The icon used in the ribbon, under the same thickness, and is perceived later even thinner. This is certainly a dial with an arrow at ten minutes past ten. - jedediah_Metz commented on October 3rd 19 at 01:48
then dial strange: he axis of the shooter at the center of the circle hours :) - Felipa.Hintz commented on October 3rd 19 at 01:51
I think there are two problems:
1) the center of the show is pretty low
2) the center of the show not in the center of the circle ( I think the center tick above the center of the circle)
As a result, the tip of the tick is fairly close to the center of the circle. Perhaps that is why, at a cursory glance, it seems that watch :) - Charlene_Bod commented on October 3rd 19 at 01:54
