Web or Mobile, what to choose?

In General, describe the problem, and you could decide whether and what to answer.
I like the two industries, mobile and web.
I know at the moment:
pascal is slightly higher the school level, a little C#, a little more Java, HTML/CSS at the course level, codecademy, PHP-level cycle.
Both directions are promising. Got any ideas on both fronts.
Questions, in General, are several:
1. It is easier and faster to learn to the level of junica/freelancer? For me this is important, because time for learning is not so much. And the money is needed.
2. What and at what level it is necessary to know for each industry? Languages, technologies.
3. If the web-what to choose, Python, or PHP? More like Python, but PHP is more work, judging by the situation on the stock exchanges.

As I understand You need a quick start, then there is of course the web. Mobile or iOS (Obj-c) or Java-like language for Android. Universal or some solution like Unity (C#) for games. But at this stage I do not advise to go there for the money... a lot of cones have to fill, you can keep as a hobby, after some time, then I would suggest iOS as a more profitable platform from two sides (as customers and users) in Android development with a main focus on customers.

Mobile, Unity3D (C#) - there are video tutorials in Russian. Almost all platforms. Kill immediately "cloud" of birds. Developer on Unity3D now receives very well on freelance.
