Windows 8: How to connect a monitor to the device to change the font size?

Purchased a Surface 2 pro, I want to use it mainly as a system unit. When the monitor is connected via mini-display port it, under saved settings, displays the image only on the monitor.
When working with the monitor I'm comfortable 100% font size. And when working with the tablet - 150%.

Is there a way to force it to remember that rule?

Right click on screen->screen Resolution->Change size of text and other elements... loved it!

If to remove a tick "for all my displays" , the size is not set
