Create wordpress website on Android

Hello!

Own small community. Built on Wordpress. Recently started receiving requests to make an Android app.
Its essence is simple - reading and commenting of records + push notifications about new posts.

The question is:

With programming I'm a little tied up and skills don't have (but really want to learn). So tell me, please, why you should start training and is it difficult to make such ignorant person (in fact it is a regular rss reader with the possibility of commenting, which is not very important)
