Panel in jquery mobile

There is a panel in jquery mobile 1.3 - 1.4

Help please to find the same solution but not for jquery and jquery mobile for mobile without connecting script. Maybe even for bootstrap is.

Interested in exactly the same functionality, that you could close the button panel and click on the content outside the window.
