How to map printers through 2x client, or fix the "grey screen" in remmina?

Have a network of 80-100 machines linux xubuntu. Work through the terminal, 2003r2 2008r2. Work is now under way using remmina. With her there is a problem. Often, when connecting to the session after the login and password window prompt disappears, remains a "gray screen" and the client hangs. Corrected by discarding the user from the session. Found the program 2x client it works fine, but not propisyvayutsya printers. Technical support is paid, and expensive. Therefore asking for help here. Can anyone come across? How to map printers through 2x client, or fix the "grey screen" in remmina

AFAIK remmina uses freerdp for RDP connections. We have in the office is just a "clean" freerdp and such problems are not observed. Try freerdp and if the problem persists, then try with freerdp version(update to the latest version/roll back to older). If it doesn't then the problem is in your connection settings, which remmina uses. You can also check the version of freerdp plugins.

About 2x client can not say anything, as it is not used.

To force users to connect from the command line? - deshaun_Grady commented on October 3rd 19 at 02:12
need to create a shortcut(in Xubuntu PCM -> icon run) in the command field which register something like "xfreerdp -u user-p password -g 1024x768-ip-address-of-server". And users will connect, as I used to, the mouse. - Trinity_Torphy commented on October 3rd 19 at 02:15

confirm remina works fine.
You have a problem at reversal to the server.
