A friend ordered a laptop on ebay value of 982 euros including shipping. Shipping address — Gomel, Belarus. Mail EMS. In less than a month, and parcel arrived, but require mail require the payment of a fee that Russian money comes out to about 12 Tr
Question: does customs officials/email, and what to do if their actions are still illegal?

Due to the fact that the maximum amount of product can be 120u.e. (in Russia I think 1000) the Rest is subject to duty.
