Looking for К573РФ1 and circuit programmer

My hands got a computer Radio-86RK, but unfortunately, no ROM. I want to restore this device, but I can't find К573РФ1 and programmer to it.

May be one lying around so Puska (Moscow and region)? What programmator to stitch?

By the way it can be automated by adding a controller is required for a computer interface.
Thanks for the second link, it was useful. A handheld programmer is not suitable, character generator, I can and will stuff, but the ROM Monitor to fill this way too hellish. - Sheila_MacGyver1 commented on October 3rd 19 at 02:38
You can ATmega some connect via USB or com port to the computer and leg to twitch and right "buttons" to push.
It was a search for 3 minutes in Google, I advise you not to stop and look deeper. - dannie commented on October 3rd 19 at 02:41

Eddy_Em in this case, it is better for FPGA. This is a more racially-correct method. Over here the guys have something doing. But in my opinion, if a person wants to restore a piece of metal, it is better to use accessible and simpler components.

I was doing discrete TTL logic handheld programmer... 22 years ago...
So... advise... use an emulator. As already mentioned. Armagh on mod(g)no.
