The context of traverse did not work, so I did the next best thing, the expansion of the marmalade(and I've been using cocos2d-x) for iOs, I created the code working with gpuimage in a separate context. and the render to texture just pulled out the array, and returned to marmalad, filling them with texture creating cocos2d-x.
