Library for going Windows like status bar?
Is there a ready library or code to implement in your application leaving the window, like the status bar in Android (which is on the top with the statuses and events)?

Please specify what SDK tools were you lacking? Or need more than a beautiful wrapper around the NotificationManager?

SlidingDrawer with 17 API version is outdated
