ESI Juli@ and Windows 7 x64 — not enough free resources?

Disclaimer: the solution I found myself, but I write here in the form of a question, so that it sagged on the Internet.

The problem is:

Sound card ESI Juli@ + motherboard Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 — card is seen, but gives the following error:

Google did not help. Also darkened the situation is the fact that this motherboard only one PCI port. Tried all the deleting drivers, disabling various devices, rolling back the BIOS — it all helps.

Helped only this:

  1. Disable in BIOS the built in sound and COM-Port.
  2. Resettable Windows.
  3. After installation the first thing we put the driver for ESI Juli@.
  4. ???????

I also had a problem with ESI Juli@ — cracked, Latency Checker showed the lag. Like it was due to irq conflicts with other devices, but change the number of interrupts does not help, and disabling all devices and switching all the BIOS settings. The problem was solved with the new version of the drivers.

In General, all the problems solved with the purchase of other swokowski :)
My last mother was the fact that she a couple of times generally does not identify — helped to move it to another slot. And here he is one (a problem of the chipset). And all still alive — it is happy! - joaquin.Wate commented on October 3rd 19 at 03:10
You can still try to see (as did the author of this review), not the same as the interrupt for the sound card and other equipment.
Similar problem with sound and video card decided it by reassigning the interrupts in the BIOS (then I have all the slots were occupied). - Allan_Croni commented on October 3rd 19 at 03:13
Alas, in this mother it is possible to change interrupt only on a COM port. - joaquin.Wate commented on October 3rd 19 at 03:16
