Duration of working time

We select freelancers to work. Want to pay hourly. The question is the problem of how to keep track of how many freelancer actually spent time developing tasks? To believe in the word not our option.

Heard somewhere that there is some software that uses the duration + takes screenshots in the process. If someone faced with similar, share your experiences please

You want to put freelancer on the PC program that will capture screenshots and send you? I don't think someone will agree.
Well, because it is necessary for the customer to control how much the freelancer to spend time developing if he demands payment hourly. In any case it would be fair though - winfield40 commented on October 3rd 19 at 03:35
Ask the freelancer how long it will take to develop.
To break the project in phases and be determined by time. - Dwight.Homeni commented on October 3rd 19 at 03:38
It is better to negotiate with the freelancer on any kind of time conditions immediately.
Otherwise, expect a freelancer "break" your program account and you will overpay. - Victoria16 commented on October 3rd 19 at 03:41
