Nokia vs Android, why such a strong difference as sip telephony?

Good afternoon.
Have Nokia E66 with the native SIP client and the Jiayu g3s which have been tried many sip clients (Internet service provider Roaming). In the first case, the connection quality is very good even on EDGE connection, the second even on wi-fi it is impossible to say. Tried native Zadarma client, csipsimple (it is) and a few others recommended on the wiki Zadarma with the recommended specs, but have not yet found a satisfactory option.
Understand that it is in the settings, but what and where? It may be that android cuts a channel or something?
Thanks in advance for the help!

The problem is in the name of the ISP

Nokia probably uses g729, install it in your Android clients (csipsimple need to buy)
I put the client from Zadarma which actually is built on top of csipsimple with g729, almost no difference. - Simone_Mayer86 commented on October 3rd 19 at 03:38

In CSipSimple have an audio codec SILK, try it.
The fact that the provider I use is not supported by this codec. - Simone_Mayer86 commented on October 3rd 19 at 03:40

He csipsimple not all phones can enable G729 (license issues, codec like as available for private use in CIS).

Try:
1. to remove all codecs except test
2. if not satisfied or doesn't work, try 729 speex or gsm, both are supported in Zadarma
