question on solenoid valve for vacuum (pneumatic automation)

maybe not in the hub but could not find anything better...
there is a problem: the suction Cup is connected to the line vacuum(the pressure created by the compressor=-0.6 bar) and the air flow is 500L/min. the task is to shut off the vacuum and switch on the atmosphere below the suction Cup has detached from the workpiece.
In this problem, an important parameter is the response time of the valve(less than 20-30ms).

My search ended on emv15, but the valve is too expensive(700евро) and weighs ~5kg, while such a system uses something quite primitive. for example here:

That is necessary normally open 3/2 valve (1 input, 1 output and 1 atmosphere) with direct control or pilot that will ensure switching the vacuum bar -0.6.

Can anyone tell about in what direction to look?
