This is because a conventional RSS. On MSDN right tutorial is on creating a simple RSS reader: msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsphone/develop/hh487167(v=vs.105).aspx

1. Parse an RSS URL and get a complete record because the RSS entry abbreviated
2. To download the recording to a URL using HttpWebRequest
3. To pull from the downloaded html text between the right tags (by html between the comments "< !-- Content" and "< !-- Tags")
