Adapter for headphones and microphone for MacBook Pro?

I need to the Mac Mini c 4-pin 3.5 headphone Jack included to connect a standard headphone with microphone (2 Jack 3 pin).
Headphones with microphone from iPhone are working fine, because the port allows it all connect.

It's simple: 3 signal + 1 earth = 4 contacts in the Jack.
