How to deny access to some hppts sites?

There is a gateway on which there is Squid and which closes the contact and other improper conduct at work, but port 443 is open and Squid its not like any concerns, please tell me how easy it is to close the access to unwanted sites via https? The Protocol to write that would be possible at least to use SVN over https and other necessary pieces. Sam the Squid is configured transparently, and shares all by ip. The local gateway and the principle can be put there anything. Thank you in advance.

Solution
And not simply in the same iptables rejected kastrati?
And it is possible more in detail? as for iptables to reject all packets on vk.com:443? Because as I understand it vk.com can have multiple IP? - joe.Crist commented on October 3rd 19 at 03:47
Here's an example usage:
iptables-A FORWARD -p tcp --dport 443 -d vk.com -j DROP - toni26 commented on October 3rd 19 at 03:50
