CDN hosting for Russia

Hello dear colleagues, soon we open a new project and now I'm considering different options of hosting a CDN, what the user was quickly getting what you want. How important to use the same CloudFront to Russia? Or Cloudflare? Or is it easier to put a server in Moscow, which will run on nginx and static files? Can someone tests conducted at the speed for Russia from CloudFront or Cloudflare?
Thank you!

Place a server with nginx, save money on the first couple. If the handle will not be possible to add a caching CDN. MegaFon has a similar service. There is a trial period.

A very extensive network of cloud s offers OnApp. Including in the major cities of Russia.
The price primarily depends on the region. Some owners of the clouds at the time of entering the market put almost zero prices and to raise them later is not easy.

Before the cloud to the market, OnApp is testing it for performance, so speed shouldn't be a problem. But the tests and the reputation of "accessibility" — no. In this issue there's an element of lottery.

Cloudflare, IMHO, for our region is not too relevant.

If your main audience is Russia and the CIS, we suggest that the Russian CDN, namely points of presence across Russia and the CIS, Europe, America.

Were testing CloudFront and Cloudflare, to content from America, the ping is naturally big, so the service is not an option in Russia, it makes no sense as they have as far as I know there is no point in Russia.
Rent a server on the M9 to all cities the major cities of Russia cover no problem if You have a project with heavy static, a lot of pictures, videos or video streams, a CDN will be very relevant, since the normal load channels clogged and some clients will fall off or they will start glitches(need to buy a big strip, and it's expensive) and if You DDoS, as the CDN can withstand very heavy loads ))

CloudFlare is not adapted for the domestic market. Besides, there are problems with the search engines and the way they perceive the website. Cloudflare blocks access to robots.txt - a loss of 1/3 of free traffic. As already mentioned, the speed of distribution of content.
It makes sense to turn to the market leaders CDN is Akamia and Incapsula. Rent a server in the cloud by Selectel will close the question, they signed with both these suppliers. A worthy competitor But Selectel for the same services will lower the price.
