Nexus 7 (2013) has always been concerned about my hearing and reduces the volume

4pda and Google did not help. Refer to the community Habra.

Nexus 7 (2013) stock firmware constantly resets the music volume is below average.
Plug-in headphones, the rocker increased to the maximum of the message from the screenshot, I agree. Next, when you decrease volume and increase back to the maximum again this warning. Does not want to remember that I'm ready to hurt their ears :(

When connecting bluetooth headset is a nightmare, constantly drops the volume even without this message by the action pause / play.

Like forever to cut this feature, taking care of my health?

I can not help anything, but I have on my Nexus 7 (2013) only show up once this alert, and more while never appeared.
Maybe it's the app (MX Player).
A good idea is to check on different software. Tried another player, still the same.
So the reason internal... - Janet_Mueller commented on October 3rd 19 at 04:03

In custom firmware usually have the opportunity to disable it. At the drain you can try Xposed framework + mod.
