Backup web mail boxes

Use mail for the domain yandex.ru no problem, mail works. I would like to take backup of emails. As an option to put some sort of email client, to score all the account and keep all emails, but I think it will all be wildly unstable.
Tell me, is there any solution for Windows which will as a service to hang and to periodically make copies of backup boxes.

Solution
Thunderbird + MozBackup.
Thunderbird IMAP deflate all the letters and MozBackup dampit profiles millproducts. You can do without MozBackup to copy the profile( C:\Users\noname\AppData\Local\Thunderbird\Profiles )
Configs connect via IMAP catch themselves, usually, but here 's the link for help from yandex.
