Folders in Win7/Win8 as in Android?

Recently saw the movie, on the Windows 7 desktop folder open-shut like in Android.

Analogue — application menu in OSX.

Ie press 1 time on a folder, leaves a translucent panel with icons-content folder. When you click on the icon of the folder is minimized, the application runs.
